LONG BLOCK


– Our built in house Heads

Magnuflux and pressure test heads,Cut Valves ,New induction hardened seats, All new Valve Guides , Install new valve seals ,Test spring tension , New Freeze plugs New Injector Cups

– ARP head studs included in our Daily Driver build, New FELPRO Head Gaskets

– Full CNC blue print machining, ( bore, deck, hone and align honed)

The Cylinder bores are blue print bored a true 90deg from the crankshaft center line, prior to being diamond honed to within .0002″ for precise piston to cylinder bore clearances.Main bore ( line bore) for the crank shaft is linked bored to precisely align the crankshaft in the engine block.Bore block back to crankshaft center lineHone Block to Ra 13 finish. Piston diameter measured to the nearest .0001″ matched to cylinder bores.Cylinder block is surfaced to surface finish Ra 20 or finer, which exceeds the factory specification in both flatness and smoothness for the block to head sealing surface.

– Connecting Rods, new Damper and Flexplate/Flywheel 
All rods are blue print bored to 6.929 center to center and new bushings are installed and honed Line hone all mains. Check main and Rod clearances

– New mahle Pistons .10- .40″ over
Mahle pistons, rings, Pin retainers weight matched prior to cank balancing

– New OE lifters, lifter guides, OE Crank Flange Bolts, new 9.800 OE Pushrods 

– Crankshaft 
Balanced with the Rortational assembly checked for runout inspected for fatigue

-New Mahle Rod, Main, and Cam Bearings

INSPECTION OF CORE TAKES APPROX, 30 DAYS AND WE DO SUGGEST YOU ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMERS OF POSSIBLE CORE FEES NOT TO EXCEED 2500.00 FOR A LONG BLOCK and 3500.00 FOR A FULL RUNNING ASSEMBLY.

Core charge will be paid UP FRONT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2500.00 FOR A LONG BLOCK, AND $3500.00 FOR A FULL RUNNING ASSEMBLY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SEND YOUR CORE IN FIRST THERE IS NO FEE CHARGED UP FRONT.
