CHOATE wants our customers to buy with confidence. We stand behind our products and are confident they will provide the results we promote. We also understand that there are circumstances that would require a product to be returned.
If a deposit has been placed and build has been started. We require a restocking fee of 10% minus the shipping and core charge to come out of deposit made.
If the engine has shipped and customer wishes to return, the engine must NOT have been removed from the pallet or unwrapped. Restocking fee is %10 of total bill. No exclusions.
Non-Defective/Non Damaged Product Return:
For a return of a product that is not defective or damaged a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping will not be refunded. The product must be returned within 30 business days.
Defective Product Return:
If a product is being returned under its CHOATE warranty, follow the
instructions in the product warranty and RMA return instructions.
Damaged Product Return:
CHOATE ships via UPS, FedEx, and YRC freight. If a product appears to have been damaged in shipping, refuse the package and contact CHOATE to inform us of the damages so we can rectify the situation in a timely manner. If the package is accepted and damages occurred, it is the responsibility of the recipient to file a claim with UPS, FedEx, or YRC FREIGHT.
